On November 27th, specialized work was carried out by the FM & MAINTENANCE team in the lighting field of Lagoas Park. Thank you in advance for the commitment and dedication of all the employees involved.

APMI organized the 14th National Maintenance Congress on November 23 and 24, 2017, at the Maiatica (ISMAI / IPMAIA) Castêlo da Maia, Porto, under the theme: “Circular Economy – The Importance of Maintenance” .

TDGI’s presence was highlighted, with Eng. João Gomes as one of the Speakers addressing the theme: “Mobility and real-time information in the maintenance management process”.

The presence of Eng. Mariana Coimbra, on the Panel “FM and Real Estate: Two sides of the same coin?” Was highlighted on November 15.


On the 28th of October, the 15th TDGI Meeting was held under the theme “our DNA”. The event took place in Lagoas Park, with the participation of approximately 400 employees.

Group activities were carried out, reinforcing the bonds and spirit of inter-help among the teams, promoting the conviviality and good disposition, and then presented the main indicators of the general activity of TDGI.

TDGI’s Analysis and Diagnosis Sector recently acquired state-of-the-art equipment for conducting electrical tests on portable equipment.

The workshop was conducted by Engineer Sara Rodrigues (TDGI) and Engineer Carlos Ferreira (TDGI), aiming to inform and develop the concept of Facility Management Services buildings.
