TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE – HOTEL QUINTA DAS LÁGRIMAS AT COIMBRA

As part of this audit, TDGI carried out various inspections and tests at HVAC’s and Electrical Facilities. In addition, analyzes were also performed on Indoor Air Quality of the various spaces, the quality of the drinking water and the swimming pools.

A report was made to the client with the detected anomalies, making the audit essential for the elaboration of a maintenance plan adjusted to the needs of the building.

Since the 1st January, 2017, TDGI started to provide Integrated Engineering and Maintenance Services for infrastructures in the “CAMPUS TAP”. The contract covers an area of ​​218,000m2, comprising Buildings, Hangars and Aircraft Workshops, with a diverse technical team, with about 100 employees.

Scope of Services:
Integrated Engineering and Maintenance of infrastructures, aircraft maintenance networks and equipment, technical and legal responsibilities, exploitation and management of technical infrastructures, energy management and monitoring and improvement services / small works. It also includes Fire Prevention and Combat and Green Space Maintenance services.
