XIII Congresso Nacional de Manutenção. TDGI Portugal

TDGI was one of gold sponsors of the 13th National Congress of Maintenance in the Aveiro Congress Centre on 19 and 20 November.

Simultaneously held the 3rd Meeting of Maintenance of Portuguese-Speaking Countries, together with the Angolan Association of Maintenance and Asset Management.

In the event topics were discussed such as: Management and organization of maintenance; Technologies applied to maintenance; Standardization and certification; Security in Maintenance; Maintenance inserted into an asset management policy.

To mention the presentation of Engineer Luis Cardoso, TDGI developer, on the theme “Maintenance and Management Hospital Technique”.

On 11 and 12 November, TDGI participated as a sponsor of the 9th Conference of the Portuguese Association of Facility Management, which took place at the Electricity Museum in Belém.

The event featured 37 speakers, who focused on issues related to the People in FM, on Wednesday, and the sector’s sustainability, on Thursday.

Among the speakers panels, highlight to the presence of some TDGI employees.

Eng. Luís Cardoso spoke about the real case of the Cascais Hospital, framed on the theme “Trends and Best Practices in Procurement” and Eng. Luís Borges, presented several “Study and Best Practice Cases in reducing consumption and waste”.

 

Gestão de Resíduos na TDGI Angola

Reinforcing the company’s concerns under the ISO 14001 environmental certification and aware of the growing challenges in this matter, TDGI organized this session together with Angola Resources Consultants.

Attended by 50 participants, the existing regulatory challenges were addressed, as well as the answers to questions “why?” and “how to?” manage this issue.

The latest elements of Academy TDGI also attended the event, where they had the opportunity to present their class and the outline of the training program.

2º Congresso Internacional Lusíadas Saúde. TDGI Portugal

TDGI went to the 2nd International Congress Lusíadas Saúde, held last October 17 at the Hotel The Oitavos in Cascais.

The event, which brought together national and internationally renowned experts, aimed to promote the professional growth of participants by sharing knowledge around themes and techniques relevant to health.
TDGI’s presence wanted to disclose the brand in the hospital área, in which it operates in the sectors of FM & Equipment and Medical Systems Maintenance.

Cafetaria Caffè. TDGI Portugal

SmartFood

The Coffee CAFFÈ was developed by TDGI SA, a company of Teixeira Duarte Group for the Facilities Management area and that operates in the Collective Catering business with its brand Smartfood, among other activities.

Smartfood is currently running in 10 clients, producing arround 1,300 meals a day.

Under this activity, Smartfood take place in three spaces at Lagoas Park, two of them open to every public – the restaurant “Bom Prato” (Building 03) and” Cafeteria CAFFÈ “(Building 14).

At this new space, with a new concept inspired by nature, you can enjoy light meals such as burgers, salads and bruschettas, but also more complete dishes based on traditional Portuguese recipes.

Cafeteria CAFFÈ has an area of 120 m2 and has about 50 seats and is open to the 2ªF 6ªF between 8am and 18h.

“He will take office on 13 February 2014, the first Board of the newly created AAMGA – Angolan Association of Maintenance and Asset Management, elected by one list. TDGI Angola, having been a major driver of this project and founding member, will join the 1st AAMGA board. The inauguration will take place on CINFOTEC, with the Talatona SIAC in Luanda by 9: 00”

Since TDGI operates in Facilities Management sector, it is essential for us to use specific tools and software that allow a preventive analysis to detect any anomalies and also contribute to a quick resolution of technical problems that occur in buildings everyday.
